Thank you for your life and representing for my family.

May light perpetual shine upon Mr. Belcher. I thank God for his life and gift council law. He was so even minded and grounded when he handled his cases even when he was not well. To his family, I am deeply saddened for your loss. May The Lord continue to bless you all and maintain atty Belcher's memories as your legacy. In Jesus name. Amen the last time I spoke with him he said he wanted to buy a boat for fishing. Not sure if he ever made it fishing as it was in the winter when he and I spoke. My husband planned on inviting him out on the boat for fishing trip this spring. Life is short, get a rod, get on a fishing ferry and go fishing for him. My husband and I will be dedicating our first casting this spring to him. Mr and Mrs Jerome and Daisey Carter of Bedford, Ohio.
