Robert Lee Baker IV was born January 31, 1985 to the parents of Robert and Teresa Baker.

A lifetime resident of Akron and an East High school graduate.

Robert enjoyed spending time with his family and basketball. Bobby was passionate about cooking and was employed as a chef.

Robert is preceded in death by his father, Robert Lee Baker III; grandparents, Alvin and Jackie Wright, Miguel and Dorothy Lozada; and uncle, Kevin Wright.

He is survived by his daughter, Lauren Baker (Stephanie); mother, Teresa Baker; sister, Kelli Cummins (Brian); nephews, Noah Hunt, Marley Cummins; niece, Kali Cummins; special friend Deja Walters; aunts, uncle, cousins and a host of friends and family.

I am so sorry for your loss. The Bible describes death as an enemy. How true that is, for death robs us of the ones we love. Despite the pain brought about by the the loss of a loved one there is hope. “And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” (Acts 24:15) Jehovah God promises to bring those who have died back to life. They will have the prospect of living forever in paradise on earth.
