Saturday, March 16, 2019, 10:00 a.m. at Southeast Baptist Church, 5185 Lee Road, Maple  Heights, Ohio 44137, where family will receive friends at 9:30 a.m.

Deacon Frank Lewis Rowser went home to be with the Lord on March 7, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Burton Rowser and Hortensia Davis; Children, Frank Rowser Jr. and Gregory Rowser. Siblings, Dessie Vowlers and  Harry Rowser. He leaves to cherish his memories, a loving wife of 26 years, Mary Williams-Rowser; Children, James, Dominique, Andre, Keisha and Keiana; Siblings, Burton (Marlene) Rowser, Miriam (Bertram) Gage, Curtis (Barbara), Virginia Rowser, Thedford Rowser and Gloria Mims. And a Host of nieces, nephews and other caring relatives and friends.
