Gilbert Nelson Smith age 87, went home to be with the Lord on December 8, 2019.

He is survived by his beloved wife Doris Smith; children, Pamelia King, Jeffrey Smith, Donald Smith; and step-children, Rufus, Deborah, Brenda, Angela, Joseph, Sonja, Calvin and Horace. Seven grandchildren.

My Dear Gilbert, Doris: I'm so sorry to hear of Gilbert's passing. My husband and I absolutely send our condolences! It saddens me to know that Gilbert is no longer with us. Gilbert, it was such a pleasure and honor to have been given the opportunity to have helped taken care of you for nearly a year. You were always so sweet and had such a soulful spirit!
