Rest in peace aunt Hazel she was belovedly called by my sisters and I. Aunt Hazel and my mother Mamie were school mates in Cleveland, Oh. She came to Detroit, MI often to visit us when we were kids. I haven't seen aunt Hazel in years. She came to my aunt Nettie funeral when she died. I spoke to aunt Hazel briefly. I remember eating fried shrimp together when she would visit. She taught me to always lotion my feet, and wash the base boards when you clean. My condolences. Anita Faye

Grandma you never smoked or drank, is what you always told people as to why you lived a long and fulfilling life. You were the personification of a God fearing woman. You were someone full of love, honesty and consistency. Grandma I will never forget the dish set you gave me when I got my first house while at college, I felt like I hade the best set of dishes for a college student! Many will remember the German chocolate cakes that you made without asking for anything in return. I was blessed to have you in my life and I will truly miss you!! Love, your grandson Shawn
