Herbert “Joe” Williams age 82, quietly slipped away the early morning hours of Jan. 23, 2019, with his beloved wife by his side. Herb is survived by his wife, Darlene (nee Reese); five children, Jeffrey, Sharon, Re’meara, Re’sheena, and Herbert Re’mon; and a host of other relatives & friends. He was a Mason and the last surviving brother/owner of Hot Sauce Williams.

Dearest Father & Grandfather, Remember me and Trey with smiles and laugher, for that is how we will always remember you. When I told you a few weeks ago "I loved you", I meant that from the bottom of my heart. I seen the reflection of your right hand appear on my wall waving "goodbye" before you passed away and I knew you were leaving to complete your next mission.
