Hillis Cevelle Foote went home to be with the Lord on February 9, 2019. He is preceded in death by his parents, Hillis Clinton Foote and Climmie Davis; and brother, Ralph Michael. Hillis is survived by his beloved wife, Ruth; cherished children, Antone (Alicia), Marvionne (Maurice), Hillis Brandon (Charletta); loving siblings, Frederick Clinton, Deborah Lynn; and grandchildren, Maya, Desiree, Anson, Malia, and Autumn.
