Josphine Robinson 81, of Laffer Avenue, transitioned from this earthly life to eternity on April 5, 2020, after a long courageous battle with colon cancer.
Born in Greenville, Alabama. She lived most of her adult life in Ohio. Josephine was a friend to everyone she met. She worked many years as a nurse giving compassionate and loving care to all she cares for. Last working at University Park Nursing Home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Robinson, and long time friend Westly Johnson, Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved Shih Tzu Jasmine, Cookie, Jaylen and Jason; second cousins, Della Hatcher, and Karen Hatcher-Thomas of MD., special friends, Melody Parkman of Akron, Cynthia Wilson of Barberton, and Candance Scott of Fla; and a host of other family and friends. Donations can be made in her name to the Fraternal Order of Police, Wounded Warriors, Cancer Society and Mental Health Association of Summit County. Cremation has already taken place.
