Otis is survived by his beloved wife, Ruth Mitchell; loving parents, Jesseren Beson and Otis Robinson; cherished children, Jessica, Jazzmin, Justin, and Mitchell; and loving siblings, (Martina) Tracy Mitchell, Elouise Al-Shami, Odessa Mitchell, Bernadette Mitchell, Wendell Hollins, Beverly Fogle, Geoffrey Fogle, and Archie Hollins (Cheryl).
