Sylvia Penny went home to be with the Lord on May 19, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sylvester and Gussie Penny, Twin Sister, Cynthia; Sister, Cynthia; Brother, Sylvester. She leaves her memories; Sisters, Victoria, Sandra and Cathy; Brothers, Michael, Mark, Donald and Donell. And a host of nieces, nephews, Great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
