Delores Lucille Mattison, 72, of Akron, Ohio passed away on September 6, 2020, after a short illness.  She was born in Akron, Ohio to the late Catherine Bushner and Samuel Hodoh, Sr. on February 14, 1948. She went to Akron Public Schools

and then moved to Alliance, Ohio where she was employed by Alliance City

Hospital.  She then moved back to Akron and worked at Akron General Hospital. She also began her career at United Disability Services where she worked for 33 yrs until retiring.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Catherine Bushner and Samuel Hodoh, Sr.; husband, Antly Walters; brothers, Alan Bushner and Samuel Hodoh, Jr.

She is survived by her daughters, Sharlette (Thomas) Moss, Tina Mattison; son, Lamont (Stephanie) Mattison; grandchildren, Terrence (Danielle) Mattison, Dehavlin (Marcus) Watson, Donte` Watson, Lawrence (Alicia) Wynn, Jr. Robert Parsons, Savannah and Sydney Mattison; bonus children, (Gaiter Gang); special son, Demetrius Watson; brothers, James (Patricia) Bushner and Steve (Deborah) Hodoh-Sills; great-grandchildren, Jhai`Ah, Daylan, Taegan, Zion, Roman, Royal, Chassidy , Nautica, Lawrence  III, and Zoey; special best friend, Linda Jo Drummond-Hosey and a host of relatives and friends.
