He is preceded in death by his brother, Garcia Horne.  Frednonis is survived by his parents, Lorraine and Eddie Lee Powell; beloved children, Eddie Horne (Brittany), Da’Michael Horne (Xavier), Kameron Horne, Kyle Fowler; cherished siblings, Robin Horne-Lamothe, Kimberly Powell, Johnny Horne; and loving grandchildren, Evie Horne, Audrie Horne, Dallas Horne, Laila Horne, Akio Horne, and Kenzo Horne.
