James H. Ruffin, age 74, went home to be with the Lord on November 28, 2019.  He is survived by his children, Royce L. Ruffin and James D. Ruffin; siblings, Janet (James) Ruffin-Atwood, Margaret Ruffin, Bernadine (Cloyd) Ruffin-Thomas, Rhonda Ruffin-Golston, Mark (Latonya) Ruffin; grandchild, Brittany Ruffin; 1 great- grandchild, and 1 great, great-grandchild.  He also leaves a host of nieces and nephews.
