Judy Kay Mayfield was born December 27, 1958, to the late Ernestine Davis and Fred Mayfield. She was raised in the church and loved the Lord and dedicated her life to Him.  She was a member of Grace Cathedral, Celebration Church, and Miracle Revival of Akron, Ohio.  She worked in the medical field for years as an STNA at Valleyview and Little Forest Nursing Home. She also did live-in care for the elderly. She had such a big heart and she inspired and touched the lives of many when she crossed their paths.  She will be truly missed while watching over us from heaven as our angel.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Herman Lee, Jerry Lee, Tommy Lee, Bernell Mayfield, and Fred Mayfield; sisters, Diane Lynne Crawford, and Yvonne Mayfield.

She leaves to cherish her memory her sister, Sandra Willie Jefferson; brother, Alfred Mayfield; favorite niece and daughter, Lenita Crawford; special nephews, Klazzik Mayfield, Anthony Mayfield, Phillip Mayfield, and Antonio Junious; special nieces, April Mayfield, Denise Rucker, Lillie Sadler, Saunja Mayfield, Sharie Warren, Asia Mayfield, Monique Mayfield, Shae Williams, Diamond and Treasure Mull all of Akron, Ohio; best friends, Mildred Andrews and Latonya Bronner and a host of relatives cousins and friends
