Otis Flannigan Sr. went home to be with the Lord on June 9, 2019. Otis was preceded in death by his daughter, Lorraine Flannigan and siblings, Jimmy Lee Flannigan, Dalton Carter (Cozette) and Patricia Hardgrove. Otis is survived by his beloved wife, Barbara Franklin-Flannigan; cherished children, Otis Flannigan Jr. (Karen), Valerie Flannigan, Vicki Flannigan Alexander (James), Kimberly Bates (Arthur) and Rodney Flannigan; loving stepchildren, Orlando Franklin (Jameain), Darryl Franklin (Deborah) and Adrian Franklin (Markita); beloved siblings, Shirley Jean Goodman (Laura), Tommy Jones, Jimmy Jones, Dan Carter, Tommy Lee Carter (Cynthia), Barbara Moore (Andrew) and Tometta Mendenhal; sixteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
